Welcome to the Jordan Education Association!

JEA represents the certificated professionals who are members of JEA, UEA, and NEA. This site is intended to be a valuable tool for Association members, providing information on governance, contacts, meeting dates, and other relevant resources.

The JEA president is Robin Frodge. As president, she is on a full-time release from her classroom for her two-year term. Robin works out of the JEA office and can be reached at (801) 262-2449 or at her email

JEA also has an Executive Board made up of nine elected educators plus the Jordan UniServ representative from the UEA Board.  Each building has at least one Association Representative who helps make Association decisions and carry out the business of the Association. 

JEA sends delegates to the annual UEA House of Delegates and NEA Representative Assembly to conduct business and set priorities for the state and national affiliates.

UniServ Directors Laura Black and Tony Romanello serve as the permanent staff in the JEA office.

The JEA staff is always here to answer questions, provide information, and give support to our members as they serve the students of the Jordan School District . Our office is located in the UEA Building in Murray .
